About The Role
This role offers an opportunity to work in a highly secure and operationally critical environment supporting Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services and digital trust operations.
Key Responsibilities
PKI Operations:
- Support daily operations and administration of the PKI environment.
- Manage and maintain core PKI services and supporting trust components.
- Execute certificate lifecycle activities including issuance, renewal, suspension, revocation, and status management.
- Ensure activities align with approved operational procedures, certificate policies, and governance requirements.
- Maintain operational logs and supporting evidence documentation.
HSM & Key Management
- Support Hardware Security Module (HSM) operations and key management processes.
- Participate in controlled key ceremonies and sensitive operational activities.
- Maintain operational records and coordinate with internal stakeholders and technology partners when required.
- Monitoring & Operational Support
- Monitor system performance, application logs, and service availability.
- Identify and escalate operational issues and exceptions.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support backup, recovery, and resilience testing activities.
Change & Incident Management
- Support implementation and testing of approved platform changes.
- Assist with upgrades, patching, configuration updates, and continuous improvements.
- Participate in incident investigation and remediation activities.
- Escalate operational risks and security concerns appropriately.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, operations, and compliance teams.
- Support operational readiness, audit requirements, and secure certificate issuance processes.
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, Cybersecurity Operations, or Application Support.
- Understanding of PKI concepts, digital certificates, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Exposure to Certificate Authorities (CA) or trust services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of security operations including access control, monitoring, logging, backup, incident management, and change processes.
- Experience with Linux/Windows environments, monitoring platforms, ticketing tools, and operational procedures.
- Exposure to HSMs, certificate management platforms, or trust infrastructure technologies is advantageous.
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional certifications in infrastructure, cloud, security, or related technologies are considered a plus.
