تعلن شركة Ejadah Management Consultancy بالنيابة عن عميلها، وهو شركة تقنية سريعة النمو تعمل في مجال البنية التحتية للثقة الرقمية، عن حاجتها لشغل منصب مدير عمليات PKI (PKI Operations Manager) في مدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة العمليات اليومية لبيئة PKI والإشراف عليها.
- إدارة خدمات مرجعية التصديق (Certificate Authority) والمكونات المرتبطة بها.
- الإشراف على دورة حياة الشهادات (إصدار، تجديد، تعليق، إلغاء، خدمات التحقق).
- ضمان اتباع الإجراءات المعتمدة ومعايير الحوكمة وسياسات الشهادات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات التشغيل والأدلة المتعلقة بالأنشطة الحساسة.
- تنسيق عمليات وحدة أمان الأجهزة (HSM) وأنشطة إدارة المفاتيح بأمان.
- المشاركة في مراسم المفاتيح والعمليات التشفيرية الخاضعة للرقابة.
- تعزيز النضج التشغيلي والملكية الداخلية لقدرات PKI.
- صيانة وتطوير إجراءات التشغيل والوثائق الخاصة بـ PKI بشكل مستمر.
- ضمان اكتمال أدلة التدقيق وتنظيمها وسهولة الوصول إليها.
- قيادة تنفيذ التغييرات والتحسينات المتعلقة بـ PKI.
- ضمان مراجعة واختبار واعتماد وتوثيق التغييرات عالية التأثير.
- تنسيق أنشطة الاستجابة للحوادث وإدارة عمليات تصعيد المخاطر.
- التعاون مع فرق البنية التحتية و DevSecOps والأمن والامتثال والتشغيل.
- دعم مبادرات النسخ الاحتياطي والمراقبة والمرونة وتعزيز الأمن والتعافي من الكوارث.
- التنسيق مع الشركاء التقنيين الخارجيين والبائعين والمدققين عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عمليات PKI أو مرجعية التصديق (Certificate Authority).
- معرفة تقنية قوية بشهادات X.509، إدارة دورة حياة الشهادات، وحدات أمان الأجهزة (HSM)، التعامل الآمن مع المفاتيح، وبيئات PKI عالية التوفر.
- خبرة في التحكم بالوصول، فصل المهام، الاستجابة للحوادث، النسخ الاحتياطي، التعافي من الكوارث، التسجيل، والحوكمة التشغيلية.
- الإلمام بأطر الأمن والامتثال مثل ISO 27001 أو WebTrust أو ETSI أو ما يعادلها في البيئات الخاضعة للتنظيم.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، الأمن السيبراني، الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة في الأمن، الحوكمة، PKI، الحوسبة السحابية أو البنية التحتية تُعتبر ميزة قوية.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
PKI Operations Management
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the PKI environment.
- Manage and support Certificate Authority (CA) services and related trust infrastructure components.
- Oversee certificate lifecycle activities including issuance, renewal, suspension, revocation, and validation services.
- Ensure operations follow approved procedures, governance standards, and certificate policies.
- Maintain operational logs and evidence for sensitive activities.
- Coordinate Hardware Security Module (HSM) operations and secure key management activities.
- Support key ceremonies and controlled cryptographic processes.
- Strengthen internal ownership and operational maturity of PKI capabilities.
- Maintain and continuously improve PKI operational procedures, runbooks, and documentation.
- Contribute to policy and process alignment across PKI operations.
- Ensure audit evidence remains complete, organized, and accessible.
- Lead operational execution of PKI-related changes and enhancements.
- Ensure high-impact changes are properly reviewed, tested, approved, and documented.
- Coordinate incident response activities and manage risk escalation processes.
- Partner closely with infrastructure, DevSecOps, security, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
- Support backup, monitoring, resilience, security hardening, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Coordinate with external technology partners, vendors, and auditors when required.
- Stable, secure, and well-governed PKI operations.
- Reliable certificate services operating according to approved standards.
- Controlled execution of sensitive cryptographic activities.
- Well-maintained operational procedures and documentation.
- Strong audit readiness and evidence management.
- Effective collaboration across operations, security, compliance, and engineering teams.
- Proven experience managing PKI / Certificate Authority (CA) operations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of X.509 certificates, certificate lifecycle management, HSMs, secure key handling, and highly available PKI environments.
- Experience with access control, segregation of duties, incident response, backup, disaster recovery, logging, and operational governance.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, WebTrust, ETSI, or equivalent regulated environments.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in security, governance, PKI, cloud, or infrastructure are considered a strong advantage.
