تعلن شركة إجاد للاستشارات الإدارية (Ejadah Management Consultancy) عن توفر وظيفة رئيس قسم اللغة الإنجليزية (Head of English Department) في مدينة الرياض. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى قيادة وتطوير قسم اللغة الإنجليزية لضمان معايير عالية في التعليم والتعلم وتحسين نتائج الطلاب ودعم النمو المهني للمعلمين بما يتوافق مع أهداف المؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة قسم اللغة الإنجليزية وفقًا لسياسات المدرسة والمعايير الأكاديمية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المناهج واستراتيجيات التدريس الفعالة.
- ضمان الاتساق والجودة في تعليم اللغة الإنجليزية عبر جميع المستويات.
- مراقبة وتقييم أداء المعلمين في الفصول الدراسية.
- تقديم ملاحظات بناءة ودعم مهني مستمر.
- تنظيم دورات تدريبية وورش عمل للتطوير المهني.
- مراجعة وتحديث مناهج اللغة الإنجليزية والمواد التعليمية بانتظام.
- دمج طرق التدريس الحديثة والتقنيات التعليمية.
- اختيار الكتب المدرسية وموارد التعلم المناسبة.
- مراقبة تقدم الطلاب وتحليل بيانات الأداء الأكاديمي.
- تنفيذ برامج تدخل للطلاب المتعثرين وإثراء للمتفوقين.
- تحسين إجادة الطلاب العامة لمهارات اللغة الإنجليزية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارة العليا لمواءمة أهداف القسم.
- عقد اجتماعات دورية للقسم.
- التواصل الفعال مع أولياء الأمور عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في دور أكاديمي أو إداري في قسم.
- إتقان قوي للغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة متينة بمنهجيات التدريس الحديثة.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Lead the English Department in line with school policies and academic standards.
- Develop and implement effective curriculum plans and teaching strategies.
- Ensure consistency and quality in English instruction across all levels.
- Observe and evaluate teachers classroom performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and ongoing professional support.
- Organize training sessions and professional development workshops.
- Review and update English curriculum and teaching materials regularly.
- Integrate modern teaching methods and educational technology.
- Select appropriate textbooks and learning resources.
- Monitor student progress and analyze academic performance data.
- Implement intervention programs for struggling students and enrichment for high achievers.
- Improve overall student proficiency in English skills.
- Work closely with senior management to align departmental goals.
- Conduct regular department meetings.
- Communicate effectively with parents when required.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in English Language Teaching.
- Proven leadership experience in an academic or departmental role.
