Responsibilities:
Strategic & Commercial Support
- Support the development of commercial and marketing strategies.
- Develop dashboards for tracking marketing effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment for agency workshops, project-setup meetings, and content planning cycles.
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, approvals, and milestones.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly project status reports
Communication & Content Support
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to support content creation across digital media, website updates, branding materials, and social media assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, narratives, and strategic messaging.
- Provide bilingual review/support (Arabic-English) to ensure language accuracy and local-market relevance.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Support engagement with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with messaging, timelines, and approvals.
- Prepare briefings, talking points, and summaries for leadership ahead of workshops, meetings, and media interactions.
Digital Media & Analytics
- Contribute to the planning and execution of digital media and social media strategies.
- Track engagement, reach, sentiment, and campaign KPIs; prepare monthly social and media results reports.
Events Participation Planning and Coordination
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to develop event materials, talking points, branding assets, and logistics.
- Manage event-related stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and objectives.
- Track event timelines, deliverables, and post-event reporting, ensuring strong visibility and alignment with sustained marketing strategy.
Crisis Communication Readiness
- Support development and maintenance of crisis communication materials and R.E.A.C.T. protocols.
- Assist in monitoring media and social signals to detect emerging issues and recommend mitigation actions.
Administrative & Documentation Support
- Manage documentation of deliverables, meeting minutes, project logs, and approval records.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or related field.
- At least 5 years in marketing, commercial analysis, corporate communications, consulting, or project-coordination roles.
