Job Title: Project Management Specialist
Job Purpose:
The Project Management Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the successful execution of projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
- Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and cost control.
- Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
- Ability to prepare project reports, KPIs, schedules, and executive presentations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and clients.
- Track project costs, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation plans.
- Prepare project status reports and performance dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project governance standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices
