We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to construction projects, ensuring timely sourcing of materials and services while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilitie

• sManage the procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services
• .Analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and technical specifications to support procurement decisions
• .Prepare and manage Requests for Tender (RFTs), evaluate bids, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors
• .Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement requirements are met within project timelines
• .Evaluate contractor qualifications and monitor supplier performance
• .Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• .Utilize ERP systems to process procurement transactions and monitor purchasing activities
• .Conduct market research to identify qualified suppliers and competitive pricing
• .Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications, quality standards, and technical requirements

Requiremen

• tsBachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectur
• e.2-4 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within the construction industr
• y.Experience working with construction companies and contractor
• s.Strong knowledge of BOQ analysi
• s.Experience with Request for Tender (RFT) processe
• s.Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Maximo and Oracl
• e.Knowledge of contractor classification and performance evaluatio
• n.Good understanding of the Saudi construction marke
• t.Familiarity with construction materials, technical specifications, and engineering requirement
• s.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skill
