Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and minimal downtime. Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, manages technicians and contractors, and ensures efficient use of resources. Focuses on budget control, spare parts management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
• Manage and coordinate maintenance technicians and external contractors to execute maintenance tasks efficiently
• Ensure equipment reliability by minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance planning and timely interventions
• Control maintenance budgets and monitor spare parts inventory to support cost-effective operations
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all maintenance activities
• Analyze equipment failures and downtime trends to identify root causes and implement continuous improvement actions
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to create, track, and manage work orders, assets, and maintenance history
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure maintenance activities are aligned with operational schedule

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery, production lines or related fields
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
