The Role / Opportunity 

To manage a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards.

The candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Degree in Poultry Processing /Food Technology or related discipline
• Electromechanical background, Experience in high volume operational environment
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position within a Poultry or food environment.
