Company Description Aimstyle | Branding Agency, founded in 2010, is a creative branding and online solutions agency that focuses on helping businesses build distinct, well-defined brands.

Role Description The Senior Marketing Executive will lead and execute marketing initiatives that support client branding objectives and agency growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah and involves developing marketing plans, conducting market and competitor analysis, and coordinating campaigns across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing marketing proposals, collaborating with design and account management teams, crafting marketing messages, and monitoring campaign performance to optimize results. The Senior Marketing Executive will also nurture client relationships, support sales activities with marketing insights, and ensure that all marketing efforts align with brand strategy and business goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills, including the ability to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Candidates should possess relevant Sales and Marketing skills to support business development and promote agency services.
• Experience in branding, advertising, or agency environments is highly beneficial.
• Proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and meeting performance targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
