المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وصيانة السجلات المالية بدقة مع الالتزام بالمبادئ المحاسبية
- معالجة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة بما في ذلك إصدار الفواتير وتتبع المدفوعات
- المساعدة في إعداد القوائم المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية
- إجراء تسويات للحسابات البنكية والحسابات المالية الأخرى
- دعم عملية إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ المالي ببيانات مالية دقيقة
- مراقبة ضمان الالتزام بالضوابط الداخلية وسياسات الشركة
- إعداد الإقرارات الضريبية والمساعدة في مراجعة الحسابات عند الحاجة

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة
- فهم قوي للمبادئ والممارسات المحاسبية
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة و Microsoft Excel
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والدقة في التقارير المالية
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات

AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making within the organization. This position is ideal for candidates looking to further their career in accounting within a dynamic and innovative environment.

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process with accurate financial data
- Monitor and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies
- Prepare tax returns and assist with audits as required
- Provide support for management reporting and financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
