Role Description The Country Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing and coordinating HPIPL’s operations and projects within a designated country or region. This role includes managing local partnerships, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of parking infrastructure projects in line with company standards and timelines. The Country Coordinator monitors project progress, tracks performance metrics, and prepares regular reports for senior management. Daily responsibilities also involve coordinating with engineering, sales, and service teams, supporting business development activities, and resolving operational issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to align regional activities with HPIPL’s strategic goals.
Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or operations management, preferably in infrastructure, construction, mobility, or technology-driven industries.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, client communication, and relationship building with partners and service providers.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and monitoring projects, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms; ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Knowledge of or interest in smart infrastructure, urban mobility, automation technologies, and sustainable solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, urban planning, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are beneficial for local stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel within the country or region as required for project oversight and client meetings.
