نبحث عن مدير استراتيجي مالي ذو مهارات تحليلية وتجارية عالية لتقديم المشورة للمديرين الماليين وقادة الأعمال لتحسين أداء المؤسسات وتحقيق قيمة ملموسة. يشمل الدور إدارة أداء المؤسسات الممكّنة بالذكاء الاصطناعي (AI-enabled EPM) والتخطيط والتحليل المالي (FP&A)، وتحويل التكاليف، ونماذج التشغيل المالية، وكفاءة رأس المال، مع خبرة متخصصة في خدمات خلق القيمة. سيقوم المرشح الناجح بتشكيل أجندة المدير المالي وقيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات من خلال برامج تحول واسعة النطاق للمؤسسات الرائدة، وترجمة الأولويات الاستراتيجية إلى تحسينات في الربحية والتدفق النقدي والعائد على رأس المال المستثمر. كما سيتولى مسؤولية تسليم المشاريع واقتصادياتها، وبناء علاقات مع كبار العملاء، والمساهمة في العروض التجارية ونمو الأعمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير استراتيجيات مالية وخرائط طريق للتحول تربط أولويات الأعمال بتحسين الأداء، ونمذجة النفقات الرأسمالية، وتحسين رأس المال العامل، وخلق قيمة قابلة للقياس.
- قيادة تصميم قدرات إدارة أداء المؤسسات والتخطيط والتحليل المالي (EPM & FP&A)، بما في ذلك التخطيط الاستراتيجي، والميزانية المتكاملة، والتنبؤ المبني على المحركات، وتحليل السيناريوهات.
- تصميم نماذج التكلفة والربحية، بما في ذلك التكلفة على أساس النشاط، وتكلفة المنتج، وتحويل التكاليف على أساس الصفر (zero-based cost transformation).
- تحديد أشجار محركات القيمة، وأطر مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)، والتقارير الإدارية ولوحات المعلومات التنفيذية، مع مقاييس متسقة ونموذج حوكمة تشغيلية يغطي إدارة الأداء وإعداد التقارير ووظيفة المالية الأوسع.

- بناء حالات العمل، وتقييمات الاستثمار، والسيناريوهات المالية لتقييم العوائد والمخاطر والآثار النقدية ودعم تحديد أولويات الموارد والمبادرات.
- تيسير ورش العمل التنفيذية، وتحدي الافتراضات بشكل بناء، وحل الأولويات المتضاربة، وضمان موافقة أصحاب المصلحة على التصاميم الرئيسية و/أو المعالم الرئيسية.
- الإشراف على تسليم المشاريع عبر مسارات العمل، وإدارة النطاق والموارد والمراحل الزمنية والتبعيات والمخاطر ومعايير التسليم واقتصاديات المشروع.
- قيادة وتدريب الاستشاريين، وتنسيق خبراء الموضوع، وإظهار القدرة على الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء لتوليد فرص تجارية جديدة وكسب أعمال إضافية، والمساهمة في العروض التجارية وتطوير الحسابات من خلال تصميم الحلول وتحديد النطاق والموارد والافتراضات التجارية، وتطوير أصول قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام ووجهات نظر مالية لتعزيز الفكر القيادي في المالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 7-9 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في استراتيجية المالية، أو استشارات المدير المالي، أو الاستشارات الاستراتيجية، أو خدمات خلق القيمة، بما في ذلك قيادة مشاريع معقدة.
- خبرة قوية في تصميم EPM وFP&A، وإدارة التكاليف والربحية، وتحويل نموذج التشغيل المالي، مع التعرض للتخطيط المبني على المحركات، وتحويل التكاليف على أساس الصفر، والمالية الممكّنة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
- خبرة في تصميم وتقديم برامج خلق القيمة عبر نمو الأرباح، وتوسيع الهوامش، وتحويل التكاليف، ورأس المال العامل، وكفاءة رأس المال، وترجمة الفرص الكمية إلى تحسينات قابلة للقياس في EBITDA والتدفق النقدي والعائد على رأس المال المستثمر.
- خبرة مثبتة في واحد على الأقل من المجالات التالية: تحويل الخزانة أو التكامل بعد الاندماج على مستوى المؤسسة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات وإدارة نطاق المشاريع وجوانبها التجارية ومخاطر التسليم، إلى جانب القدرة على التأثير على كبار أصحاب المصلحة وضمان القرارات الرئيسية والموافقات.
- سجل حافل في تطوير علاقات مع كبار العملاء، وصياغة العروض التجارية، وكسب أعمال إضافية، مع خبرة في تصميم الحلول وتحديد النطاق والافتراضات التجارية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص كمي مثل الهندسة أو الفيزياء أو الرياضيات.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو ماجستير ذو صلة في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو تخصص كمي.
- المؤهلات المهنية مثل CFA أو CPA أو ACCA أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة مع المؤسسات متعددة الجنسيات الكبيرة، أو المجموعات المتنوعة، أو مؤسسات الاستثمار السيادية، أو صناديق الاستثمار، أو العملاء في الصناعات المنظمة، ويفضل أن تكون في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Finance Strategy Manager to advise CFOs and senior business leaders on improving enterprise performance and delivering measurable enterprise value. The role spans AI-enabled enterprise performance management (EPM) and FP&A, cost transformation, finance operating models and capital efficiency, with specialist expertise in value creation services. The successful candidate will shape the CFO agenda and lead multidisciplinary teams through large-scale transformation programs for leading organizations, translating strategic priorities into improvements in profitability, cash flow and return on invested capital. They will also own engagement delivery and economics, build senior client relationships and contribute to proposals and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop finance strategies and transformation roadmaps that connect business priorities with performance improvement, CapEx modelling, WC optimization and measurable value creation.
Lead the design of enterprise performance management and FP&A capabilities, covering strategic planning, integrated budgeting, driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis.
Design cost and profitability models, including activity-based costing, product costing and zero-based cost transformation.
Define value-driver trees, KPI frameworks, management reporting and executive dashboards, with consistent measures and a governance operating model covering performance management, reporting and the wider finance function.
Excel in at least one of the following areas: treasury transformation, improving cash visibility, liquidity management and financial risk controls; or enterprise-wide post-merger integration, leading integration across strategy, operations, people, technology and finance to realize synergies and ensure business continuity.
Build business cases, investment assessments and financial scenarios to evaluate returns, risks and cash implications and support the prioritization of resources and initiatives.
Facilitate executive workshops, challenge assumptions constructively, resolve competing priorities and secure stakeholder decisions and sign-off on key designs and/or milestones.
Own engagement delivery across workstreams, managing scope, staffing, milestones, dependencies, risks, delivery standards and engagement economics.
Lead and coach consultants, coordinate subject-matter experts, and demonstrate the ability to maintain strong client relationships to generate new commercial opportunities and win additional work.
Contribute to proposals and account development through solution design, scope definition, staffing and commercial assumptions; develop reusable assets and finance points of view to strengthen Finance RP’s thought leadership.
Identify and assess AI and automation use cases in finance, defining business requirements, data readiness, controls, expected benefits and priorities for adoption.
Preferred Experience
7-9 years of relevant experience in Finance Strategy, CFO Advisory, Strategy Consulting or Value Creation Services, including leadership of complex engagements
Strong experience in EPM and FP&A design, cost and profitability management and finance operating-model transformation, with exposure to driver-based planning, zero-based cost transformation and AI-enabled finance.
Experience designing and delivering value creation programs across revenue growth, margin expansion, cost transformation, working capital and capital efficiency, translating quantified opportunities into measurable improvements in EBITDA, cash flow and return on invested capital.
Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: treasury transformation or enterprise-wide post-merger integration.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing engagement scope, commercials and delivery risks, alongside the ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure key decisions and sign-off.
A track record of developing senior client relationships, shaping proposals and winning additional work, with experience in solution design, scope definition and commercial assumptions.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business, or a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
MBA or relevant master’s degree, including finance, economics or a quantitative discipline, preferred.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent are advantageous.
Experience with large multinational enterprises, diversified groups, sovereign investment organizations, investment funds or clients in regulated industries, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
