About:

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the car rental journey. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth service, clear communication, and timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide clear information about rental services, vehicle options, and pricing
• Manage reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations
• Explain rental policies, terms, and insurance options
• Support customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on their needs
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution
• Process payments and explain contract and billing details
• Prepare accurate invoices and maintain financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Provide assistance in case of breakdowns or accidents during the rental period
• Promote current offers, discounts, and services

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain information clearly and handle diverse customer needs
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work within policies while maintaining service quality
