Coordinate with OPS ADM, Contractors MDMs and WCC as the FM representative for airport emergencies. In addition, to provide communication link between internal and external stakeholders throughout the FM shift operations.

Functional Responsibilities 
- Provide a single point of contact prioritizing and coordinating the FM contractors
- Ensure high levels of facilities management service, performance and reliability for airport stakeholders and passengers
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to facilities management service delivery
- Act as a single point of contact in the event of incidents or emergencies related to facilities management and activate escalation procedures
- Work with the airport duty manager (ADM) to ensure seamless airport operations
- Coordinate Key mission-critical oversight activities
- Coordinate unplanned service interruptions in short period with OPS ADM , Contractors MDMs and WCC
- Ensure compliance to Health & Safety by assessing on the ground the Permit to Works(PTWs) compliance
- Activate FM maintenance emergency and FM contingency plans in short coordination with OPS ADM, Contractors MDMs and WCC.
- Inspect contractor's equipment / operators' compliance (TUV certifications)
- Review situations that impact or constrain airport operations, assess the wider impact and make key decisions
- Facilitate critical contractor's activities liaising with contractor MDMs
- Inspect critical systems and infrastructures (Aerodrome / Terminals / Utilities / Campus)
- Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager

Operational Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and analyze data periodically and as requested and submit to the leadership in order to support in decision making​
- Report any operational risks and roadblocks to the achievement of the organizational unit’s objectives and targets. Recommend corrective action in order to minimize operational interruptions in a timely manner

Financial Management Responsibilities
- Contribute to the budget development process and provide relevant inputs
- Ensure alignment with relevant financial policies and procedures applicable to role

Safety Management Responsibilities 
Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures in the section in order to promote a healthy safe work environment and maintain environmental sustainability.
