المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تجارية شاملة لدفع نمو الإيرادات وتعظيم الربحية لجميع المشاريع
- الإشراف على إعداد التقارير المالية التفصيلية والتنبؤات وتحليل الأداء لدعم عملية اتخاذ القرارات
- التعاون مع فرق المالية وإدارة المشاريع لضمان دقة الميزانية وضبط التكاليف والإدارة المالية
- إنشاء واعتماد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لمراقبة أداء المشاريع والعمليات التشغيلية بفاعلية
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية وسياسات الشركة في جميع الأنشطة التجارية
- إجراء تحليل للسوق لتحديد فرص توليد الإيرادات وتوفير التكاليف

الشروط والمتطلبات

Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Commercial Director - Commercial and Reporting, where your expertise will play a key role in driving the financial performance and strategic direction of our groundbreaking projects. In this position, you will lead the commercial and reporting aspects of our initiatives, focusing on providing critical insights that optimize our operational effectiveness and align with our business objectives.

- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability for all projects
- Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to support decision-making
- Collaborate with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting, cost control, and financial management
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project and operational performance effectively
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies across all commercial activities
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to enhance collaboration and support business interests
- Lead and mentor the commercial reporting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- At least 15 years of experience in commercial management and financial reporting within the Construction or Development sectors
- Proven experience in developing commercial strategies and leading financial reporting initiatives
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in financial management software and ERP systems
- Adept at team leadership and fostering professional growth within team members
