We Are Hiring: Construction Manager (Senior Architect) | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

ULA BINAA CONTRACTING COMPANY is seeking an accomplished Construction Manager (Senior Architect) to lead site execution on large-scale, high-rise tower projects in Riyadh. The role requires approximately 15 years of hands-on construction experience. Design-only profiles will not be considered.

Key responsibilities

Lead site execution, technical coordination and problem-solving across the project

Manage external façade works, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing and façade systems

Review shop drawings, submittals, materials, mock-ups and method statements

Coordinate façade interfaces with structural, MEP and waterproofing teams

Inspect works for quality, safety and compliance with Saudi regulations

Monitor subcontractor performance, progress and delays, and manage project close-out documentation

Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree in architecture

Approximately 15 years of construction or contracting experience

Proven site experience on high-rise tower projects

Hands-on experience with external façade works

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; BIM knowledge is an advantage
