Role Description The Quality Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, responsible for supporting and monitoring quality standards across clinical and non-clinical services. This role involves performing quality audits, reviewing processes and documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, national regulations, and accreditation requirements. The Quality Specialist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities, analyze data, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Daily tasks include preparing quality reports, tracking key performance indicators, participating in root cause analyses, and contributing to training and awareness initiatives related to quality, safety. The role also supports the development and refinement of quality assurance frameworks that align with SEH Healthcare’s commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any Healthcare Sciences field
• Experience: Previous experience in healthcare quality management, quality assurance, or accreditation.
• Strong analytical skills in quality metrics, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of quality auditing, patient safety, and national and international accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality management and reporting tools; relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural healthcare environment with strong attention to detail.
