بصفتك مهندس تطبيقات في الموقع، ستقوم بتمثيل Henkel في منشأة التصنيع لدى أحد العملاء الرئيسيين في جدة، وتقديم الدعم التقني المباشر وضمان الأداء الأمثل لحلول اللصق من Henkel خلال عملية الإنتاج. يتطلب هذا الدور خلفية تقنية قوية، وعقلية استباقية لحل المشكلات، والقدرة على العمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف للحفاظ على كفاءة الإنتاج وحل تحديات التطبيق ودفع التحسين المستمر للعمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التواجد بدوام كامل في منشأة تصنيع السيارات لدى العميل في جدة، كممثل تقني رئيسي لشركة Henkel في الموقع.
- تقديم الدعم التقني اليومي المباشر لتطبيقات لصق السيارات من Henkel، وضمان أداء المنتج الأمثل وتكاملها السلس في عمليات التصنيع.
- مراقبة أداء تطبيق المواد اللاصقة ومعايير العملية الحرجة، بما في ذلك درجة الحرارة والضغط ودقة التوزيع وظروف المعالجة وجودة الربط لضمان إنتاج مستقر وفعّال.
- تحديد والتحقيق في التحديات التقنية المتعلقة بتطبيقات اللصق وأداء الربط ووظائف المعدات وعمليات التصنيع وحلها.
- إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية مع الفرق التقنية للعميل وخبراء Henkel الداخليين لتقليل انقطاعات الإنتاج.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة والصيانة وهندسة العمليات لضمان جودة تطبيق متسقة وموثوقية العملية والامتثال لمعايير تصنيع السيارات.
- دعم تجارب المنتجات اللاصقة والتحقق من التطبيقات وتحسينات العمليات وإدخال تقنيات الربط الجديدة ضمن خطوط إنتاج العميل.
- العمل كحلقة وصل تقنية رئيسية بين Henkel والعميل، وضمان التواصل الفعال وحل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب والمواءمة حول المتطلبات التقنية.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مهنية قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين لدى العميل، بما في ذلك فرق الهندسة ومشرفي الإنتاج وممثلي الجودة وإدارة المصنع.
- إعداد وصيانة التقارير الفنية وتقييمات الأداء ووثائق استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وخطط الإجراءات التصحيحية وتحديثات المشروع الدورية لكل من Henkel وأصحاب المصلحة من العميل.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في تصنيع السيارات، ويفضل في الإنتاج أو هندسة العمليات أو هندسة التطبيقات أو الدعم الفني.
- خبرة في العمل داخل مصنع تصنيع سيارات مع فهم جيد لعمليات الإنتاج ومعايير الجودة والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- يفضل بشدة معرفة المواد اللاصقة الصناعية وتقنيات الربط والمعالجات السطحية أو عمليات تجميع السيارات.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء التقنية وتحليل السبب الجذري، مع القدرة على تحديد انحرافات العملية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفعالة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المواصفات الفنية والرسومات الهندسية ومعايير العملية وبيانات أداء الإنتاج.
- الإلمام بمعايير الجودة في صناعة السيارات ومنهجيات التحسين المستمر وأفضل ممارسات التصنيع.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين وإدارة علاقات العملاء، مع القدرة على التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.
- عقلية استباقية وعملية وموجهة نحو الحلول، مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة تصنيع تواجه العملاء.
- الاستعداد للتواجد بدوام كامل في منشأة تصنيع العميل في جدة، مع سفر عرضي للتدريب التقني أو الاجتماعات أو الدعم في مواقع عملاء أخرى.

About this Position As an On-Site Application Engineer, you will represent Henkel at one of our key customer's manufacturing facilities in Jeddah, providing hands-on technical support and ensuring the optimal performance of Henkel's adhesive solutions throughout the production process.

What You´ll Do
- Maintain a full-time presence at the customer's automotive manufacturing facility in Jeddah, serving as Henkel's primary on-site technical representative.
- Provide daily hands-on technical support for Henkel's automotive adhesive and bonding applications, ensuring optimal product performance and smooth integration into manufacturing processes.
- Monitor adhesive application performance and critical process parameters, including temperature, pressure, dispensing accuracy, curing conditions, and bonding quality to ensure stable and efficient production.
- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot technical challenges related to adhesive applications, bonding performance, equipment functionality, and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with the customer's technical teams and Henkel's internal experts to minimize production disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams to ensure consistent application quality, process reliability, and compliance with automotive manufacturing standards.
- Support adhesive product trials, application validations, process improvements, and the introduction of new bonding technologies within the customer's production lines.
- Act as the key technical liaison between Henkel and the customer, ensuring effective communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment on technical requirements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering teams, production supervisors, quality representatives, and plant management.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, performance assessments, troubleshooting documentation, corrective action plans, and regular project updates for both Henkel and customer stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Henkel's Application Engineering, Technical Service, Sales, and Product Development teams to provide technical solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements while working within the customer's manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably within production, process engineering, application engineering, or technical support.
- Experience working in an automotive manufacturing plant, with a good understanding of production processes, quality standards, and operational requirements.
- Knowledge of industrial adhesives, bonding technologies, surface treatments, or automotive assembly processes is highly desirable.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to identify process deviations and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, process parameters, and production performance data.
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards, continuous improvement methodologies, and manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in a customer-facing manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to be based full-time at the customer's manufacturing facility in Jeddah, with occasional travel for technical training, meetings, or support at other customer locations.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
