مطلوب مصمم جرافيك ومنشئ محتوى (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في منتجع ميرافال ذا ريد سي، السعودية، وهو منتجع صحي فاخر يجمع بين الحياة المتعمدة والتصميم الملهم.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • ميرافال ذا ريد سي هو منتجع صحي فاخر حيث تلتقي الحياة المتعمدة بالتصميم الملهم. نبحث عن مصمم جرافيك ومنشئ محتوى ديناميكي ومبدع لإضفاء الحيوية على علامتنا التجارية عبر المنصات الرقمية والمطبوعة.
  • سيتمثل دورك الرئيسي في التعبير بصريًا عن فلسفة المنتجع الصحية من خلال سرد قصصي مقنع ومحتوى غامر يأسر الجمهور ويلهمه ويشركه.
  • ستتعاون مع فريق التسويق والاتصالات لتصميم وإنتاج أصول إبداعية عالية الجودة تعكس علامتنا التجارية الفاخرة في مجال الصحة، بدءًا من محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وحتى المواد المطبوعة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم محتوى مبتكر وجذاب بصريًا لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (صور ثابتة، فيديو، رسوم متحركة) يتماشى مع فلسفة الصحة العامة.
  • إنشاء مواد رقمية ومطبوعة مثل الكتيبات، اللافتات الترويجية، النشرات الإخبارية، قوالب البريد الإلكتروني، دعوات الفعاليات، وغيرها.
  • الحفاظ على اتساق العلامة التجارية عبر جميع القنوات والأصول.
  • التعاون مع فريق التسويق والاتصالات لتطوير وتنفيذ حملات متكاملة.
  • إنتاج وتحرير وتحسين محتوى التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو لمنصات متعددة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات التصميم، وتحليلات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وأفضل الممارسات لكل منصة لتوجيه قرارات المحتوى.
  • إدارة وتحديث تقويم المحتوى والمساعدة في جدولة المنشورات.
  • تسليم المشاريع من الفكرة إلى التنفيذ النهائي، مع الالتزام بمعايير العلامة التجارية والجودة والمواعيد النهائية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • سعودي الجنسية.
  • درجة أو دبلوم في التصميم الجرافيكي، الاتصالات البصرية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • 1-2 سنوات خبرة في التصميم الجرافيكي، ويفضل في قطاعات الضيافة، الصحة، الفخامة، أو نمط الحياة.
  • إتقان مجموعة Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) وCanva.
  • ملف أعمال قوي يظهر مفاهيم إبداعية، تنفيذ تصميم، وتوافق مع العلامة التجارية.
  • خبرة في التصوير الفوتوغرافي، تحرير الفيديو، إنشاء الريلز، الرسوم المتحركة، والجرافيك المتحرك.
  • فهم لمقاييس أداء المحتوى، ديناميكيات منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، واتجاهات البصرية.
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة، اهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة تحت مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.
  • شغف بالصحة، الضيافة، والجماليات الفاخرة.

Summary

Miraval The Red Sea is a luxury wellness resort where intentional living meets inspired design. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphics Designer & Content Creator to bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms. This role is key to visually expressing the resort’s wellness philosophy through compelling storytelling and immersive content that captivates, inspires, and engages.

About the Role:

As a Graphics Designer & Content Creator, you will collaborate with the marketing and communications team to design and produce high-quality creative assets that reflect our luxury wellness brand. You’ll craft everything from social media content to print collateral, helping to shape the visual voice of Miraval The Red Sea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design innovative and visually engaging social media content (static, video, animation) aligned with our wellness ethos
  • Create digital and print materials including brochures, promotional banners, newsletters, email templates, event invitations, and more
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and assets
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute integrated campaigns
  • Produce, edit, and optimize photography and videography content for multiple platforms
  • Stay informed on design trends, social media analytics, and platform best practices to guide content decisions
  • Manage and update the content calendar and assist in scheduling posts
  • Deliver projects from concept to final execution, meeting brand, quality, and timeline standards

Qualifications

  • Saudi National
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, wellness, luxury, or lifestyle industries
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) and Canva
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, design execution, and brand alignment
  • Experience with photography, video editing, reels creation, animation, and motion graphics
  • Understanding of content performance metrics, social media platform dynamics, and visual trends
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Passion for wellness, hospitality, and luxury aesthetics
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
