The opportunity

Join EY MENA's Supply Chain Operations & Manufacturing team, to help clients improve operational performance, transform supply chains, and drive sustainable business value across industries such as manufacturing, energy, government, logistics, and industrial sectors.

Skills and attributes for success

·       Deliver supply chain and operations transformation projects.

·       Assess and improve manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory performance.

·       Conduct operational diagnostics, process mapping, and data analysis.

·       Develop recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.

·       Support operating model design and operational excellence initiatives.

·       Manage client stakeholders and deliver high-quality project outputs.

·       Coach junior team members and contribute to business development activities.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

·       4-7 years of experience in consulting, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, or operations.

·       Experience in one or more areas: supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing operations, or operational excellence.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

·       Fluency in English

·       Arabic is also desirable

Ideally, you’ll also have

·       MBA or Master's degree.

·       Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, APICS/CSCP, PMP, or equivalent.

·       Experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or other digital supply chain solutions.

·       Experience working on large-scale transformation programs within the MENA region.
