About the Role

ART Real Estate Development Company is seeking a qualified Accountant to join its team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably with a background in real estate development or real estate investment.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and the monitoring of project-related expenses and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements, account reconciliations, and periodic reports.
• Monitor project costs, expenses, and real estate-related financial transactions.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Background or previous experience in real estate development or real estate investment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
