About the Opportunity

Are you a software developer who loves exploring AI and helping others build smarter, more efficient solutions?

We are looking for an Arabic and English-speaking Instructor Lead for an upcoming training engagement with one of our clients. This is an opportunity to work with a small group of software developers, helping them strengthen their development skills using AI-powered tools and techniques.

Project Details

• Course: AI-powered Software Engineers
• Role: Instructor
• Experience: 8+ Years as a lead Software developer Trainer & 3+ years with AI
• Engagement: Short-term, freelance project
• Dates: November 16 to November 20, 2026
• Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Oman time, daily
• Duration: 5 days
• Audience: 4 software developers, primarily working with Python and JavaScript
• Curriculum: Developed and ready, with some scope for additional curriculum development
• Compensation: Your rate should cover both preparation and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction on AI-powered software development to a small group of software engineers.
• Help learners understand how to integrate AI tools and techniques into their software development workflows.
• Guide participants through practical examples, exercises, and real-world development scenarios.
• Adapt your teaching approach to the learners' technical backgrounds and learning needs.
• Review the existing curriculum and contribute to further development where required.
• Create an interactive learning environment that encourages questions, experimentation, and practical application.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience as a software developer, with a solid understanding of programming and software engineering principles.
• Practical experience using AI tools and techniques in software development.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, or strong experience working with these technologies.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in either language.
• Previous experience delivering technical training, workshops, or instructor-led sessions.
• The ability to simplify complex technical concepts and make learning practical and engaging.
• Availability for the full five-day engagement, including preparation time.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a teaching demo as the next stage of the selection process. This will help us assess technical expertise, communication skills, and instructional approach.
