تقديم الدعم الفني في التحكم في العمليات والأتمتة لتحسين كفاءة العملية وإنتاجيتها وجودتها، مع الالتزام بمتطلبات نظام الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. مراقبة وتحسين معايير المصنع الرئيسية بما في ذلك جودة الإنتاج وكفاءة المرافق. تطوير وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وإعداد التقارير لإدارة الوحدة. المسؤولية عن إدارة التغييرات الصغيرة في الوحدة بما في ذلك المشاريع الصغيرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الخبرات الهندسية والفنية لتنفيذ الأهداف المحددة وتحسين كفاءة العملية والإنتاجية والجودة ضمن ميزانية الإنتاج.
- تحديد الاختناقات وفرص الربح بالتنسيق مع مجموعات الترخيص والدعم الفني.
- إدارة عمليات المواد الكيميائية والمحفزات والمواد المضافة، وإعداد التوقعات السنوية للاستهلاك، وتحديث قوائم المواد، وتتبع اتجاهات الاستهلاك، وجدولة التسليم للحفاظ على الحد الأدنى من المخزون.
- دعم المشاريع أثناء تشغيل المصنع وأنشطة الصيانة الدورية.
- دعم أنشطة استكشاف الأخطاء الناتجة عن تغييرات العمليات أو مشاريع المصنع الجديدة.
- التوصية بالتغييرات والتحسينات على إجراءات التشغيل القياسية وطرق العمل لمناطق إنتاجية محددة.
- قيادة عملية إدارة التغيير (MOC) للتغييرات في الوحدة، والمشاركة في تنفيذ MOC المتعلقة بالوحدة.
- إعداد ميزانية النفقات التشغيلية والرأسمالية، وتقديم الدعم للمشاريع الرأسمالية كحلقة وصل بين هندسة المشروع والعمليات.
- مراقبة التكاليف وتوزيعها شهرياً لضمان الامتثال للميزانيات المخطط لها.
- التنسيق مع تخطيط الصيانة الدورية للمساعدة في تطوير أنشطة الإيقاف والتشغيل المتعلقة بالمهام التشغيلية.
- تحديد مواصفات المنتج بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية لتلبية متطلبات العملاء ومعاييرهم، والرد على شكاوى العملاء مع تقديم ردود مفصلة عن السبب الجذري والإجراء التصحيحي.
- المشاركة في مراجعة HAZOP/LOPA.
- الالتزام الصارم بسياسات وإجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة والجودة لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال القانوني.
- تحمل المسؤوليات في عملية التميز التشغيلي وفقاً لجدول المسؤوليات.
- المساهمة في عمليات التحسين المستمر للمنطقة الموكلة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة بتوجيه من مدير العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, through a wholly owned affiliate Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Company (ACP), has two 50/50 joint venture projects in the Eastern Province Industrial City of Al-Jubail: Saudi Chevron Phillips Company (SCP) and Jubail Chevron Phillips Company (JCP). A third joint venture, Saudi Polymers Company (SPCo), is jointly owned by ACP and National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem).
Job Purpose
Provides technical support on process control and automation to optimize process capability, efficiency, yield and quality, in compliance with the organization’s EHS system requirements. Monitors and optimizes key plant parameters, including production quality and utility efficiencies. Develops, tracks and reports Key Performance Indicators to unit management. Responsible for managing small changes in the unit, including minor projects.

Key Responsibilities
Performs the process and activities, may include but not limited to:
- Provides engineering and process expertise to execute established targets and objectives, improve process capability, efficiency, yield and quality, within production budget.
- Identifies debottlenecks and profit opportunities in coordination with licensing and technical support groups.
- Responsible for the chemical, catalyst, and additives management process, creating annual consumption projections, updating BOMs, tracking consumption trends, and outlining delivery schedules to maintain minimum inventories.
- Supports projects during plant commissioning and turnaround activities.
- Supports troubleshooting activities arising from changes in process operations or new production plant projects.
- Recommends changes and improvements to Standard Operating Procedures and work methods for specific production areas and/or processes.
- Leads the MOC process for changes in the unit, participates and supports other disciplines in executing MOC’s related to his unit.
- Prepares operating and capital expense budget, provides support for capital projects as a liaison between plant project engineering and operations.
- Monitors cost and cost allocations on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with budgeted projections.
- Coordinates with T/A planning to assist in developing shutdown and startup activities related to operational tasks to support T/A objectives.
- Determines product specifications, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to meet customers’ requirements and standards. Responds to customer complaints, providing detailed responses regarding root cause and corrective action and inputting all information to CFS.
- Participates in HAZOP/LOPA review.
- Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
- Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.Performs any other relevant task as directed by Manager Operations.
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
