Role Description

The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Ahsa. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, as well as managing daily posting schedules and community interactions. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with creators and internal teams to develop campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Responsibilities include monitoring analytics, adjusting strategies based on performance data, coordinating with influencers, and staying current with platform trends and best practices. The role also involves preparing regular reports, supporting brand partnerships, and contributing ideas to enhance audience engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Experience in Content Strategy, including planning, scheduling, and campaign development.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to improve performance.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube) and their tools.
• Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, or talent management teams is preferred.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Al Ahsa and contributing to a fast-paced, creative environment.
