المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل أجهزة التصوير لإجراء إجراءات الأشعة التشخيصية وفق البروتوكولات ومعايير السلامة المعتمدة.
- تحضير المرضى للفحوصات، وتحديد وضعية المرضى والمعدات، وضمان أن الصور تفي بمعايير الجودة التشخيصية المطلوبة.
- مراقبة التعرض للإشعاع والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة.
- التعاون الوثيق مع أطباء الأشعة والأطباء وطاقم التمريض لدعم قرارات التشخيص الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- المساعدة في العناية بالمعدات واتباع إجراءات مكافحة العدوى.
- المشاركة في التدريب المستمر ومبادرات تحسين الجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات في تقنية الأشعة (Radiologic Technology) والقدرة على تنفيذ إجراءات التصوير التشخيصي القياسية بأمان ودقة.
- معرفة بمبادئ وممارسات السلامة الإشعاعية (Radiation Safety) لتقليل مخاطر التعرض للمرضى والموظفين.
- الحصول على شهادة من السجل الأمريكي لتقنيي الأشعة (ARRT) أو مؤهل معادل، أو الأهلية للحصول عليها.
- فهم في الطب وسير العمل السريري لدعم التواصل الفعال مع فرق الرعاية الصحية وتقديم الرعاية المناسبة للمرضى.
- دبلوم أو درجة في تقنية الأشعة أو مجال ذي صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- خبرة في العمل في مستشفى أو مركز تصوير تشخيصي، ويفضل في دور مماثل.
- انتباه قوي للتفاصيل ومهارات توثيق، والقدرة على اتباع البروتوكولات السريرية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- مهارات تواصل بينية فعالة والقدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
- الاستعداد للعمل في الموقع بالرياض والمشاركة في جداول المناوبات حسب الحاجة.
- إلمام أساسي بالحاسوب ومعرفة بأنظمة معلومات الأشعة ونظام PACS (ميزة إضافية).

The role involves monitoring radiation exposure, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to support timely and reliable diagnostic decisions. The Radiology Technician will also assist in equipment care, follow infection control procedures, and participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Radiologic Technology and Radiology skills, with the ability to perform standard diagnostic imaging procedures safely and accurately.
- Knowledge of Radiation Safety principles and practices to minimize exposure risks for patients and staff.
- Certification or eligibility for certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent credential.
- Understanding of Medicine and clinical workflows to support effective communication with healthcare teams and appropriate patient care.
- Diploma or degree in Radiologic Technology or related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience working in a hospital or diagnostic imaging center, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to follow clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and to participate in shift-based schedules as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with radiology information systems and PACS is an advantage.
