We are looking for a results-driven Finance Manager to lead our Finance function and contribute to the company's continued growth by delivering financial excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, WHT, Zakat, and applicable financial regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls and manage internal and external audit activities.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury activities, and working capital.
• Prepare financial feasibility studies and support investment and business planning initiatives.
• Develop and mentor the Finance team while driving continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Previous experience within the Healthcare or Distribution sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Solid understanding of VAT, WHT, and Zakat regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
