المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات شاملة للعين وتشخيص وإدارة الحالات العينية المختلفة.
- تقديم العلاجات الطبية والجراحية المناسبة وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية السريرية الحالية.
- مراجعة تاريخ المرضى وطلب وتحليل الفحوصات التشخيصية (مثل تصوير قاع العين، اختبار مجال الرؤية، التصوير المقطعي التوافقي البصري).
- توثيق النتائج والتقارير في السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية.
- التنسيق مع فريق الرعاية الصحية متعدد التخصصات لضمان استمرارية الرعاية.
- تقديم المشورة للمرضى وعائلاتهم حول خيارات العلاج والرعاية الوقائية وإدارة الأمراض.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة طبية متخصصة في طب العيون أو ما يعادلها، مع إكمال برنامج إقامة أو تدريب معترف به في مجال العيون.
- رخصة سارية المفعول أو أهلية لممارسة طب العيون في الجهة المختصة، مع تفضيل الحاصلين على شهادة البورد أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة مثبتة في إجراء فحوصات العيون الشاملة وتشخيص الأمراض العينية الشائعة والمعقدة وإدارة الحالات الحادة والمزمنة.
- الإلمام بالمعدات والتقنيات التشخيصية مثل فحص المصباح الشقي (slit-lamp examination) وتصوير قاع العين واختبار مجال الرؤية والتصوير المقطعي التوافقي البصري (OCT).
- مهارات قوية في اتخاذ القرارات السريرية والقدرة على تحديد أولويات احتياجات المرضى واتباع الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة.
- التزام بالممارسة الأخلاقية وسرية معلومات المرضى والامتثال للسياسات التنظيمية والمحلية.
- الاستعداد للمشاركة في التعليم المستمر وحضور الأنشطة التطويرية والاطلاع على أحدث التطورات في طب العيون.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing common and complex ocular diseases, and managing both acute and chronic conditions.
- Familiarity with ophthalmic diagnostic equipment and technologies, such as slit-lamp examination, fundus imaging, visual field testing, and optical coherence tomography.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize patient needs and follow evidence-based guidelines.
