تعلن شركة Assystem، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال تسريع تحول الطاقة، عن توفر وظيفة محاسب (Accountant) في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على دفتر الأستاذ العام وتحديثه، مع ترميز وتسجيل جميع المعاملات المالية (قيود اليومية والإيصالات والمدفوعات) بدقة.
- إدارة حسابات العملاء والموردين، بما في ذلك إصدار فواتير الموردين، والتحقق من موافقات الدفع، ومعالجة الحسابات الدائنة، وتتبع الأعمار المستحقة للتحصيل في الوقت المناسب.
- إجراء التسويات المصرفية الشهرية، وتسويات الأرصدة بين الشركات التابعة، ومراجعة دفاتر الأستاذ الفرعية لحل أي تباينات.
- المساعدة في إعداد وتقديم إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) ربع السنوية/الشهرية بما يتوافق تمامًا مع لوائح هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA)، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الفوترة الإلكترونية.
- دعم فريق المالية في تنفيذ إجراءات إقفال نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة بسلاسة، بما في ذلك إعداد الاستحقاقات والمدفوعات المقدمة وجداول الإهلاك.
- إعداد الميزانيات الأولية وقوائم الأرباح والخسائر وتقارير التدفق النقدي الأولية لمراجعة الإدارة.
- تقديم الوثائق والجداول والدعم التحليلي اللازم للمراجعين الخارجيين والداخليين أثناء المراجعات المالية السنوية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمحاسب، ويفضل في بيئات الخدمات المهنية أو الاستشارات الهندسية أو الشركات في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمحاسبين القانونيين (SOCPA) أمر مطلوب ويفضل بشدة. كما يُعتبر التقدم للحصول على CPA أو CMA أو ACCA ميزة قوية.

Job Description
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions (journal entries, receipts, and disbursements) are accurately coded and recorded.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage vendor invoicing, verify payment approvals, process accounts payable, and track aging accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
- Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, intercompany balance reconciliations, and subsidiary ledger reviews to resolve any discrepancies.
- Compliance & Taxation: Assist in the preparation and filing of quarterly/monthly VAT returns in strict compliance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations. Ensure all e-invoicing standards are met.
- Month-End / Year-End Closing: Support the finance team in executing smooth month-end and year-end closing procedures, including the preparation of accruals, prepayments, and depreciation schedules.
- Reporting: Prepare preliminary balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports for management review.
- Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation, schedules, and analytical support to external and internal auditors during annual financial audits.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience working as an Accountant, preferably within professional services, engineering consulting, or corporate environments in Saudi Arabia.
- Professional Certification: Registration with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) is highly preferred/required. Progress toward CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a strong plus.
