شركة Assystem، وهي شركة دولية تعمل على تسريع تحول الطاقة حول العالم، تبحث عن Senior Financial Controller للعمل في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأداء المالي للمشاريع بما في ذلك الإيرادات والتكاليف والهوامش والربحية.
- مراقبة النتائج مقابل الميزانية والتوقعات مع تسليط الضوء على المخاطر والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- ضمان دقة البيانات المالية للمشاريع بما في ذلك الاستحقاقات والمخصصات والاعتراف بالتكاليف.
- دعم مديري المشاريع في فهم الأداء المالي وتحسين النتائج.
- قيادة وإدارة عمليات تخصيص التكاليف المعقدة والشحنات بين الشركات.
- تطوير منهجيات توزيع شفافة ومتسقة والحفاظ عليها.
- ضمان التوافق بين محركات التكلفة والنشاط التشغيلي والتقارير المالية.
- إعداد التحليلات الداعمة والتسويات للإدارة والتدقيق.
- تقديم حزم تقارير مالية شهرية وربعية وسنوية.
- تقديم تحليل واضح للفروقات وتعليقات مالية قابلة للتنفيذ.
- إعداد لوحات تقارير تنفيذية وتقارير للإدارة العليا.
- ترجمة البيانات المعقدة إلى رؤى لأصحاب المصلحة غير الماليين.
- قيادة التنبؤ بالمشاريع بما في ذلك تقديرات التكلفة حتى الإنجاز وهوامش الربح.
- تحليل اتجاهات أداء المشاريع وتحديد المخاطر أو الفرص.
- دعم مراجعات المشاريع بتحليل مالي قوي وتحدي عند الحاجة.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمشاريع والتراكمات والفواتير واستخدام الموارد.
- دعم عمليات إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ عبر المشاريع والإدارات.
- التحقق من الافتراضات وضمان التوافق مع استراتيجية العمل.
- إجراء تحليلات السيناريوهات والحساسية حسب الحاجة.
- تعزيز الضوابط الداخلية عبر محاسبة المشاريع وعمليات تخصيص التكاليف.
- ضمان الامتثال للسياسات الداخلية ومعايير الحوكمة المالية.
- دعم متطلبات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
- تحديد تحسينات العمليات لتعزيز الدقة والكفاءة.
- العمل كشريك مالي لمديري المشاريع وقادة الأعمال.
- تقديم إرشادات مالية عملية لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
- تحدي الافتراضات بشكل بناء لدفع الانضباط المالي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- المؤهلات المهنية (CIMA، ACCA، CPA أو ما يعادلها) مفضلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7+ سنوات في الرقابة المالية أو مالية المشاريع أو المحاسبة الإدارية.
- خبرة قوية في بيئات العمل القائمة على المشاريع (الهندسة، الاستشارات، البناء أو ما شابه).
- خبرة مثبتة في: الرقابة المالية للمشاريع، منهجيات تخصيص التكاليف وإعادة الشحن، التخطيط والتحليل المالي، وإعداد التقارير الإدارية المعقدة.

Job Description
Project Financial Control
- Oversee financial performance of projects, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
- Monitor results versus budget and forecast, highlighting risks and corrective actions.
- Ensure accuracy of project financials including accruals, provisions, and cost recognition.
- Support project managers in understanding financial performance and improving outcomes.
- Lead and manage complex cost allocation and intercompany recharge exercises.
- Develop and maintain transparent, consistent allocation methodologies.
- Ensure alignment between cost drivers, operational activity, and financial reporting.
- Prepare supporting analyses and reconciliations for management and audit purposes.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
- Provide clear variance analysis and actionable financial commentary.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.
- Translate complex data into insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Lead project forecasting, including cost-to-complete and margin projections.
- Analyze project performance trends and identify risks or opportunities.
- Support project reviews with robust financial analysis and challenge where needed.
- Track project KPIs, backlog, billing, and resource utilization.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across projects and departments.
- Validate assumptions and ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis as required.
- Strengthen internal controls across project accounting and cost allocation processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial governance standards.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a finance partner to project managers and business leaders.
- Provide clear, practical financial guidance to support decision-making.
- Challenge assumptions constructively to drive financial discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
- 5-7+ years of experience in financial control, project finance, or management accounting.
- Strong experience in project-based environments (engineering, consulting, construction, or similar).
- Proven expertise in:
- Project financial control
- Cost allocation and recharge methodologies
- Financial planning and analysis
- Complex management reporting
