المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير ومراجعة التصميمات المعمارية والرسومات والمواصفات والوثائق الفنية لمشاريع التراث والتنمية الحضرية.
- ضمان توافق التصميمات المعمارية مع رؤية المشروع والمخطط الرئيسي ومبادئ التصميم الحضري ومتطلبات الحفاظ على التراث.
- مراجعة مقدمات الاستشاريين والمقاولين بما في ذلك الرسومات التنفيذية ومستلزمات المواد والنماذج التوضيحية وبيانات الأساليب.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك التخطيط الحضري والمناظر الطبيعية والهيكل الإنشائي والميكانيكي والكهربائي والسباكة ونمذجة معلومات المباني والبنية التحتية.
- إجراء فحوصات موقعية لمراقبة جودة البناء والامتثال للتصميم والالتزام بالرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.

- المساعدة في حل المشكلات الفنية خلال مراحل التصميم والبناء.
- مراجعة اختيار المواد والتشطيبات المعمارية ومعالجات الواجهات ومنهجيات الحفاظ.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية وملاحظات مراجعة التصميم وتقارير التفتيش وتحديثات التقدم.
- التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والجهات الحكومية طوال مراحل تنفيذ المشروع.
- دعم تنسيق نمذجة معلومات المباني والتكامل متعدد التخصصات في التصميم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في العمارة.
- خبرة في ترميم التراث والحفاظ عليه وإعادة التأهيل الحضري والتطوير متعدد الاستخدامات أو مشاريع التنمية الحضرية واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة سابقة في مشاريع مشابهة لـ Diriyah Gate أو AlUla أو Historic Jeddah أو Qiddiya أو NEOM أو مشاريع ثقافية وتراثية مماثلة (يفضل بشدة).
- يفضل الخبرة مع مكاتب الاستشارات الهندسية أو شركات إدارة المشاريع أو مكاتب الإشراف الهندسي.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents for heritage and urban development projects.
- Ensure architectural designs are aligned with the project's vision, master plan, urban design principles, and heritage conservation requirements.
- Review consultant and contractor submissions, including shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Urban Planning, Landscape, Structural, MEP, BIM, and Infrastructure disciplines.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality, design compliance, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Support restoration, rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, and conservation of heritage buildings and culturally significant assets.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), MOMRA regulations, accessibility standards, and applicable heritage authority requirements.
- Participate in value engineering, constructability reviews, and design optimization while preserving heritage character.
- Assist in resolving technical issues during design and construction phases.
- Review material selections, architectural finishes, façade treatments, and conservation methodologies.
- Prepare technical reports, design review comments, inspection reports, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities throughout project delivery.
- Support BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design integration.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Experience in heritage restoration, conservation, urban regeneration, mixed-use developments, or large-scale urban development projects.
- Previous experience on projects similar to Diriyah Gate, AlUla, Historic Jeddah, Qiddiya, NEOM, or comparable cultural and heritage developments is highly desirable.
- Experience with engineering consultancies, PMC, or supervising engineering offices is preferred.
