Job Summary

Mobco Group is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer to join our project team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural finishing works and fit-out activities on large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising finishing activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors, and delivering works in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all architectural finishing and fit-out works on site.
• Ensure execution of finishing activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review architectural shop drawings, finishing details, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect and monitor works related to flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, painting, cladding, joinery, decorative elements, and interior finishes.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements and approved mock-ups.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to finishing works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion of activities within approved schedules.
• Coordinate finishing activities with MEP and other construction disciplines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Participate in snagging, de-snagging, testing, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works.
• Proven experience on mega construction projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, construction methodologies, and quality control procedures.
• Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and finishing specifications.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Architectural educational background.
• Minimum 7 years and maximum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience on mega projects is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in architectural finishing and fit-out works.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
