Location: Saudi Arabia, according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, review, and coordinate engineering designs, technical drawings, calculations, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines to ensure effective multidisciplinary integration.
• Support project managers and senior engineers in managing project activities throughout the design, construction, and project delivery phases.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, design documents, and engineering specifications.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable Saudi Building Code requirements, engineering standards, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain effective communication.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical assessments, where applicable, to verify compliance with approved designs and project requirements.
• Identify design discrepancies, technical conflicts, construction challenges, and coordination gaps, and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.
• Prepare, review, and update technical reports, engineering documents, progress reports, and project records.
• Monitor assigned activities, deliverables, deadlines, and project requirements to support timely project completion.
• Coordinate BIM activities, multidisciplinary design reviews, model coordination, and clash detection, where applicable.
• Support quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved standards.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure construction activities align with approved drawings, technical requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation, drawing registers, technical submissions, and project correspondence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, teamwork, technical problem-solving, and the successful delivery of project objectives.
• Perform other engineering and technical duties as assigned by the Project Manager, Department Manager, or Senior Management.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• Relevant professional experience based on the selected position and level of seniority.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, design development, construction practices, technical documentation, and applicable industry standards.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office, depending on the selected position.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination platforms, Primavera P6, MS Project, or other specialized engineering applications is an advantage, depending on the role.
• Ability to read, interpret, review, and prepare technical drawings, engineering calculations, specifications, and project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of applicable building codes, construction standards, quality requirements, and local authority regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Commitment to professional integrity, quality, safety, and continuous professional development.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Relevant professional certifications, specialized training, or professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers, where applicable, are considered an advantage.
