تعلن شركة AECOM، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية والبنية التحتية، عن توفر وظيفة (أخصائي هدم) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ مهام الهدم وإعداد الموقع الروتينية تحت إشراف عام، مع المسؤولية الكاملة عن جودة العمل والامتثال لسلامة الموقع.
- تطبيق معرفة شاملة بتقنيات الهندسة وإجراءاتها ومعاييرها لتقييم واختيار وتنفيذ الحلول التي تلبي المواصفات الهندسية والإنشائية الصارمة.
- ممارسة الحكم المهني السليم في جميع جوانب العمل، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير والبروتوكولات المعتمدة.
- إجراء معاينات ميدانية مستقلة وتفقد المواد المُركّبة للتأكد من مطابقتها تماماً للمواصفات ومتطلبات التصميم.
- إجراء مسوحات كميات تفصيلية لتتبع وتوثيق والإبلاغ بدقة عن تقدم المشروع وتوزيع الموارد.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والإشراف على الرسامين والفنيين والمساحين حسب التكليف، وضمان التنفيذ المتسق لمعايير المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مطلوب: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (GED).
- مطلوب: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أعمال الهدم أو إعداد الموقع أو الإنشاءات الثقيلة.
- مطلوب: رخصة قيادة سارية مع سجل قيادة نظيف.
- مطلوب: شهادة OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety أو ما يعادلها.
- مطلوب: كفاءة مثبتة في قراءة وتفسير المخططات الإنشائية والمواصفات الفنية.
- مطلوب: معرفة قوية بتشغيل معدات الهدم وبروتوكولات السلامة.
- مطلوب: القدرة على أداء الأعمال البدنية في ظروف جوية متغيرة وعلى ارتفاعات.
- مطلوب: اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والالتزام بجودة العمل.
- مُفضّل: درجة زمالة (Associate) في إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مُفضّل: شهادة تخصص في الهدم أو مؤهل مهني مماثل.
- مُفضّل: خبرة في مسح الكميات وتوثيق المشاريع.
- مُفضّل: خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف الفني على فرق الإنشاءات.
- مُفضّل: كفاءة في استخدام برامج إدارة الإنشاءات وأدوات المسح الرقمية.
- مُفضّل: معرفة بالمعالجة البيئية والتعامل مع المواد الخطرة.
- مُفضّل: خبرة في إجراء تفقدات المواقع وتدقيقات الامتثال.
- مُفضّل: مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية للتعاون متعدد التخصصات.

Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Execute routine demolition and site preparation duties under general supervision with full accountability for work quality and safety compliance.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to evaluate, select, and implement solutions that meet rigorous engineering and construction specifications.
- Exercise sound professional judgment in all aspects of work execution, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
- Conduct independent walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to verify strict conformance with specifications and design requirements.
- Perform detailed quantity surveys for accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting of project progress and resource allocation.
- Provide technical direction and oversight to drafters, technicians, and surveyors as assigned, ensuring consistent execution of project standards.

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in demolition, site preparation, or heavy construction
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of demolition equipment operation and safety protocols
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions and at heights
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Associate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Certification as a Demolition Specialist or equivalent professional credential
- Experience with quantity surveying and project documentation
- Proven experience providing technical supervision to construction crews
- Proficiency with construction management software and digital surveying tools
- Knowledge of environmental remediation and hazardous materials handling
- Experience conducting site inspections and compliance audits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
