Job Description and Responsibilities:

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• 5 or more years of experience in the field of Information Technology, with at least 3 years of experience in managing wide-area networks (WAN) or enterprise-level operations.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, PCNSA/PCNSE, HSE3, HSE4).

• Strong proficiency in incident management, with a focus on accuracy and operational effectiveness.

• Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

• Experience working with network hardware (routers, switches, load balancers, WAF, and firewalls).

• Familiarity with data center capacity planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and the documentation required for such processes.

• Familiarity with various systems (Linux, Windows, virtualization, and storage).

• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies, high availability, redundancy, and incident management protocols.

• Proficiency in creating and documenting operational procedures.

• In-depth understanding of service management methodologies, with advanced knowledge of ITIL and ISO standards.

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
