Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Lecturer in Radiological Diagnostic Imaging. The lecturer will deliver undergraduate courses in radiological imaging, prepare and update teaching materials, and conduct classroom and laboratory sessions aligned with program outcomes. Daily responsibilities include guiding students in image interpretation and radiologic procedures, supervising practical demonstrations, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in imaging environments. The lecturer will mentor and advise students, participate in curriculum development and academic committees, and contribute to assessment processes, including exams, assignments, and practical evaluations. Additional duties may include engaging in scholarly activities, collaborating with clinical partners, and supporting accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of radiological diagnostic imaging principles, modalities (e.g. radiography and ultrasound), and image interpretation.
• Proven teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and support diverse learners.
• Familiarity with academic curriculum development, assessment methods, and learning outcomes in medical or health sciences education.
• Commitment to patient safety and radiation protection standards, with understanding of relevant clinical protocols and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary academic and clinical teams.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification in Radiological Sciences, Medical Imaging, or a closely related field; professional certification or clinical experience in radiology is an advantage.
• Experience in higher education teaching or clinical training is preferred; prior involvement in research or scholarly activities is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, ethical conduct, and willingness to contribute to institutional development and continuous improvement.
