تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن وظيفة مشغل التنظيف اليدوي للأسطح (Manual Tack-off Operator) في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية بمكة المكرمة، حيث سيكون المسؤول عن إزالة الغبار والنسالة والشوائب السطحية من هياكل السيارات قبل تطبيق الطبقة التمهيدية أو الطلاء الأساسي لضمان جاهزية الأسطح للدهان وتحسين جودة المظهر وتقليل العيوب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء التنظيف اليدوي لهياكل السيارات قبل تطبيق الطلاء.
- إزالة الغبار والجسيمات السائبة والنسالة والشوائب البسيطة من سطح الهيكل.
- استخدام قطع القماش المخصصة للتنظيف ومنافيخ الهواء وأدوات التنظيف المعتمدة وفقًا لتعليمات العمل.
- ضمان تغطية كاملة للأسطح الخارجية والداخلية المرئية والحواف والمناطق الحرجة.
- اتباع تسلسل التنظيف الصحيح وتقنيات الحركة القياسية.
- التأكد من أن أسطح الهياكل تفي بمعايير النظافة المطلوبة قبل الطلاء.
- تحديد أي تلوث غير عادي كبقع الزيت أو علامات الماء أو عيوب الطلاء والإبلاغ عنه.
- تجنب إدخال تلوث ثانوي أثناء عملية التنظيف.

- اتباع جميع قواعد السلامة المتعلقة بمنطقة غرفة الدهان ومناطق مناولة المواد.
- استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المطلوبة كالقفازات والكمامات والبدلات الواقية وأحذية السلامة.
- التعامل مع قطع القماش ومواد التنظيف وفقًا لإرشادات السلامة.
- الحفاظ على محطة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة.
- الاستخدام الصحيح لقطع القماش ومسدسات الهواء وأدوات التنظيف والمحافظة عليها.
- منع الإفراط في استخدام مواد التنظيف أو سوء استخدامها مما قد يسبب بقايا.
- الإبلاغ فورًا عن الأدوات التالفة أو الحالات غير الطبيعية.
- دعم أعمال النظافة الأساسية وفحوصات المعدات عند الحاجة.
- تحقيق أهداف زمن التشغيل (takt time) ومستهدفات الإنتاج المحددة باستمرار.
- اتباع تعليمات العمل القياسية وانضباط ورشة الدهان.
- المشاركة في تسليم المناوبات والتواصل اليومي للإنتاج.
- دعم استمرارية الخط عبر تقليل التأخير وإعادة العمل.
- المشاركة الفاعلة في أنشطة 5S والتحسين المستمر.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم متطلبات السطح الجاهز للطلاء
- القدرة على تحديد الغبار والنسالة والتلوث السطحي
- معرفة تقنيات ومواد التنظيف اليدوي الصحيحة
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والنظافة
- القدرة على اتباع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية
- وعي قوي بالجودة والانضباط
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة ورشة دهان سريعة الوتيرة
- مهارات جيدة في العمل الجماعي والتواصل

الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها / شهادة أخرى
- 1-2 سنوات خبرة في ورشة دهان السيارات أو عمليات تجهيز الأسطح (يفضل)
- خبرة في عمليات التنظيف اليدوي أو غرفة الدهان أو عمليات جودة المظهر (ميزة إضافية)
- فهم أساسي لمتطلبات السلامة والنظافة في عمليات الدهان
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات واتباع جداول الإنتاج

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual tack-off vehicle bodies before paint application.
- Remove dust, loose particles, fibers, and minor contamination from body surfaces.
- Use approved tack cloths, air blowers, and cleaning tools as per work instructions.
- Ensure complete coverage of exterior, interior visible areas, edges, and critical zones.
- Follow correct tack-off sequence and standard movement techniques.
- Ensure body surfaces meet paint-ready cleanliness standards.
- Identify and report abnormal contamination such as oil spots, water marks, or paint defects.
- Avoid introducing secondary contamination during tack-off operation.
- Support appearance quality targets by preventing dirt-related paint defects.
- Comply with control plans and inspection criteria.
- Follow all safety rules related to paint booth and material handling areas.
- Use required PPE such as gloves, masks, coveralls, and safety shoes.
- Handle tack cloths and cleaning materials according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations.
- Properly use and maintain tack cloths, air blow guns, and cleaning tools.
- Prevent overuse or misuse of tack materials that may cause residue.
- Report damaged tools or abnormal conditions immediately.
- Support minor housekeeping and equipment checks as required.
- Achieve assigned takt time and production targets consistently.
- Follow standard work instructions and paint shop discipline.
- Participate in shift handovers and daily production communication.
- Support line continuity by minimizing delays and rework.
- Actively participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
- Understanding of paint-ready surface requirements
- Ability to identify dust, lint, and surface contamination
- Knowledge of correct tack-off techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures

- High school certificate or equivalent / Other Certification
- 1-2 years experience in automotive paint shop or surface preparation operations preferred
- Experience in tack-off, paint booth, or appearance quality operations is an advantage
- Basic understanding of safety and cleanliness requirements in paint operation
- Willingness to work in shifts and follow production schedules
