تعلن شركة Estée Lauder Companies عن فتح باب التقديم للانضمام إلى قائمة المواهب المستقبلية للمدربين في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه فرصة للتعبير عن الاهتمام بفرص تدريبية قادمة في مجال التجميل (عطور، عناية بالبشرة، مكياج).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة تدريبية في مجال العطور أو العناية بالبشرة أو المكياج.
- شغف بمجال التجميل وتقديم تجارب تعليمية جذابة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والعرض والتدريب.
- القدرة على تحويل المعرفة بالمنتجات إلى مهارات بيعية عملية وتجارب استهلاكية استثنائية.
- يفضل حصول المتقدم على شهادة جامعية.
- مدرب ذو خبرة، ويفضل أن يكون في مجال تجارة التجزئة لمستحضرات التجميل.
- عقلية بيعية قوية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات عرض ممتازة وتنظيم في التدريب التعليمي.
- فهم سليم لأعمال التجزئة والسوق مع مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء ومعاييرها.
- لاعب فريق ممتاز يتمتع بمهارات شخصية رائعة.
- واسع الحيلة، مرن، منظم جيداً، منضبط للغاية مع القدرة على تعدد المهام والتعامل مع المواقف العصيبة والمتطلبة.
- محفز ذاتي، شغوف، نشيط مع القدرة على تحفيز الآخرين وتنشيطهم.

Qualifications
- University degree holder preferred
- Experienced trainer, preferably within the cosmetics retail industry
- Strong retail mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent presentation skills and organized in instructional training
- Sound understanding of retail business and market with excellent customer service skills and standards
- An excellent team player with great interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, flexible, well organized, highly disciplined with the ability to multi⁃task and stability to handle stressful and demanding situation
- A self⁃motivator who is passionate, energetic with the ability to motivate and energize others
- Willingness to travel
