We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor Supervisor

Location: Dammam HQ, Eastern Region, KSA

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Supervisor with a strong construction background, proven team supervision experience, and extensive expertise in quantity surveying and cost management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience strictly in Quantity Surveying (QS) and similar roles.
• Mandatory hands-on construction industry experience.
• Previous experience in senior positions, team supervision, and managing QS teams.
• Experience in building and infrastructure projects.
• Roadworks experience, with proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of MEP works and quantity take-offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs for building, infrastructure, roadworks, and MEP projects.
• Manage and supervise the quantity surveying team.
• Oversee subcontractor management and related commercial activities.
• Prepare change order estimates, cost assessments, and budget revisions.
• Prepare and monitor project progress reports.
• Review, prepare, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare and manage monthly progress invoices.
• Ensure accurate quantity measurements, cost control, and reporting throughout the construction lifecycle.
