A large and well-established company operating in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Riyadh.

This is a key leadership role for a finance professional who can combine strong technical expertise with commercial insight, financial discipline, and the ability to support business growth.

The Finance Manager will take ownership of financial planning, reporting, controls, performance analysis, and the overall effectiveness of the finance function, while working closely with senior management to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, costs, and overall financial performance.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis and business insights to senior management.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, VAT, ZATCA, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency across business operations.
• Manage relationships with internal and external auditors.
• Support strategic initiatives, business planning, and investment-related financial analysis.
• Lead, develop, and enhance the performance of the Finance and Accounting team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, including proven experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, or other fast-paced consumer businesses.
• Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Sound knowledge of Saudi financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or SOCPA are considered an advantage.
• Strong command of English.
