Regional Senior Brand Manager Middle East Full Time | Saudi Arabia

The purpose of this role is to lead in the development and execution of the marketing strategies and initiatives in the KSA region for QV Body, Face and Baby, including lip, hair, hand and deo supported by the Brand Manager.

To develop and sustain a powerful and meaningful brand position across multiple channels, through a deep understanding of market segmentation and customer requirements.

This is a leadership role and the ‘Evolving Leader’ level, and its success and the success of the brand is created through collaboration team members, external parties and stakeholders.

This role will consistently demonstrate and represent the Ego values and the Ego spirit to our external partners and to our internal workforce. In particular, this role is designed:

• To enable the sustainable achievement of net sales targets and profit in KSA;
• To build the desired brand equity in the products to positively influence brand perception and create a larger market share;
• To effectively manage internal and external stakeholders including regulatory, supply and demand, retail, medical and e-commerce customers in the medical/pharmaceutical industry;
• To act as the brand ambassador, leading the strategy externally and also living the brand values and inspiring others within the business.
