تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East في مدينة الملك عبد الله الإقتصاديّة (مكة) عن توفر وظيفة مشغل صنفرة الطلاء الكهربائي (ED Sanding Operator) للانضمام إلى فريق الإنتاج في مصنعها بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • مسؤول عن فحص السطح وتصحيح العيوب يدويًا لهياكل المركبات بعد عملية الطلاء الكهربائي (ED).
  • يضمن إزالة عيوب السطح وتحقيق النعومة المطلوبة قبل تطبيق الطبقة الأساسية (primer)، مع الالتزام بمعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة.
  • يدعم تحسين معدل النجاح في المحاولة الأولى (first-pass yield) وجودة المظهر الخارجي ورضا العملاء من خلال ضمان تجهيز هياكل ED وفق معايير الإعداد المطلوبة لعمليات الطلاء اللاحقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء فحص بصري ولمسي لهياكل ED لاكتشاف عيوب السطح مثل خشونة ED، غبار ED، ترهلات ED، أو زيادة سمك الفيلم، ووضع علامات عليها حسب إرشادات الجودة.
  • إجراء صنفرة يدوية لأسطح ED باستخدام ورق صنفرة وأدوات معتمدة مع التحكم في تسلسل الحبيبات وضغط الصنفرة والمنطقة المعالجة.
  • تجنب إتلاف سمك طبقة ED والحواف الحادة والزوايا والمفاصل الملحومة، وإعادة العمل فقط ضمن حدود إعادة العمل المحددة وفق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
  • ضمان نعومة السطح وخلوه من العيوب لتجهيزه لطبقة primer، ورفع العيوب غير الطبيعية التي تتجاوز قدرة إعادة العمل إلى قائد الفريق أو قسم الجودة.
  • دعم مراجعات الجودة وأنشطة الاحتواء، والحفاظ على عدم الإفراط في الصنفرة أو إعادة العمل غير الضرورية.
  • الالتزام بقواعد السلامة المتعلقة بعمليات الصنفرة وبيئة دهان السيارات، واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المطلوبة بما في ذلك القفازات والكمامات ونظارات الحماية وأحذية السلامة، واتباع إرشادات العمل المريح.
  • الحفاظ على النظافة والترتيب في منطقة العمل، والتخلص من نفايات الصنفرة والمواد وفق الإجراءات البيئية، واستخدام أدوات الصنفرة والكتل والمواد الاستهلاكية بشكل آمن.
  • فحص الأدوات قبل الاستخدام والإبلاغ عن التالف منها، وصيانة الأدوات بحالة نظيفة وقابلة للاستخدام، ودعم أنشطة الصيانة البسيطة حسب التعليمات.
  • تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج المحددة دون المساس بالجودة، واتباع تعليمات العمل القياسية ومتطلبات وقت التشغيل (takt time)، والمشاركة في تسليم المناوبات، ودعم أنشطة التحسين المستمر و 5S في منطقة الصنفرة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم خصائص طبقة ED ومتطلبات جودة السطح.
  • القدرة على تحديد وتصنيف عيوب السطح ومعرفة مواد الصنفرة واختيار الحبيبات المناسبة وتقنيات الصنفرة.
  • مهارات يدوية جيدة وانتباه للتفاصيل، والقدرة على اتباع تعليمات العمل ومعايير الجودة.
  • موقف عمل منضبط ومركز على الجودة، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة خط إنتاج.
  • مهارات جيدة في العمل الجماعي والتواصل، والرغبة في اتباع قواعد السلامة وأرضية المصنع.
  • القدرة على التحمل البدني للعمل اليدوي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة ثانوية عامة أو دبلوم تقني (مفضل) أو شهادة أخرى معادلة.
  • خبرة من 1-2 سنة في ورشة دهان السيارات أو عمليات تجهيز السطح.
  • خبرة في صنفرة ED أو صنفرة primer أو تجهيز سطح الهيكل (ميزة إضافية).
  • فهم أساسي لممارسات السلامة في عمليات ورشة الدهان.
  • الرغبة في العمل بنظام المناوبات واتباع جداول الإنتاج.

Position Overview

The ED Sanding Operator is responsible for surface inspection and manual correction of vehicle bodies after the Electrodeposition (ED) process. The role ensures removal of surface defects and achieves required surface smoothness before primer application, in compliance with quality standards and safety requirements. This position directly supports first-pass yield improvement, appearance quality, and customer satisfaction by ensuring ED-coated bodies meet defined preparation standards for subsequent paint processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform visual and tactile inspection of ED-coated bodies for surface defects.
  • Identify defects such as: ED roughness, ED Dust, ED run sags, or excessive film. Mark defects according to defined quality guidelines
  • Carry out manual sanding of ED surfaces using approved abrasive papers and tools.
  • Ensure correct grit sequence, sanding pressure, and sanding area control.
  • Avoid damage to ED film thickness, edges, sharp corners, and welded joints.
  • Rework only within defined rework limits and according to SOPs.
  • Ensure smooth, defect-free surface prepared for primer application.
  • Ensure sanding quality meets internal quality standards and OEM paint specifications.
  • Escalate abnormal defects beyond rework capability to Team Leader or Quality.
  • Support quality audits and containment activities.
  • Maintain zero over-sanding or unnecessary rework.
  • Strictly follow safety rules related to sanding operations and paint shop environment.
  • Use required PPE including gloves, masks, eye protection, and safety shoes. Follow ergonomic guidelines and safe work practices.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the work area.
  • Dispose of sanding waste and materials according to environmental procedures. Use sanding tools, blocks, and consumables properly and safely.
  • Inspect tools before use and report damaged equipment.
  • Maintain tools in clean, usable condition.
  • Support minor maintenance activities as instructed.
  • Achieve assigned production targets without compromising quality.
  • Follow standard work instructions and takt time requirements.
  • Participate in shift handover communication.
  • Support continuous improvement and 5S activities in the sanding area.

Skills

  • Understanding of ED coating characteristics and surface quality requirements Ability to identify and classify surface defects Knowledge of sanding materials, grit selection, and sanding techniques

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school certificate or technical diploma preferred / Other Certification
  • 1-2 years' experience in automotive paint shop or surface preparation operations
  • Experience in ED sanding, primer sanding, or body surface preparation is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of safety practices in paint shop operations
  • Willingness to work in shifts and follow production schedules
