Role Description The Service Crew role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saudi Arabia. In this role, the Service Crew member supports daily operations by assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, and following established service standards. Responsibilities may include preparing and serving food or beverages, handling basic cash or order transactions, restocking supplies, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The Service Crew member works closely with team members and supervisors to deliver consistent, high-quality service and adhere to company policies and health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous, efficient customer service and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling, hygiene standards, and workplace safety, or willingness to learn.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a positive attitude in fast-paced or high-volume settings.
• Willingness to follow instructions, company policies, and standard operating procedures consistently.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or service roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required by operational needs.
• Basic proficiency in spoken English or Arabic to support daily communication is beneficial.
