تعلن شركة علم عن توفر وظيفة استشاري (Consultant) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى دعم تطوير وتعزيز وتحسين حلول تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) من خلال تحليل متطلبات الأعمال وإدارة تحسينات الأنظمة وضمان التوافق بين العمليات التجارية والقدرات التقنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل وتوثيق متطلبات الأعمال لأنظمة ERP والعمليات المرتبطة بها.
- إعداد مستندات متطلبات الأعمال والمواصفات الوظيفية ومخططات التدفق.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان ترجمة المتطلبات بدقة إلى قدرات النظام.
- دعم تنفيذ وتحسين وحدات ERP وتطبيقات الأعمال.
- تحليل طلبات التحسين وتقديم حلول متوافقة مع أهداف العمل وأفضل الممارسات.
- المشاركة في أنشطة الاختبار والتحقق والنشر لتحسينات ERP.
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات التجارية عبر قدرات ERP والأتمتة.
- دعم مبادرات التحول الرقمي من خلال تمكين تحسين العمليات وتكامل الأنظمة.
- المساهمة في مبادرات توحيد العمليات التجارية عبر الوظائف المؤسسية.
- دعم أنشطة التكامل بين ERP والأنظمة الداخلية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق التقنية لضمان قابلية التشغيل البيني للأنظمة واتساق البيانات.
- المساعدة في استكشاف الأخطاء وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالنظام التي تؤثر على العمليات.
- دعم إعداد تقارير الإدارة ولوحات المعلومات والتحليلات المتعلقة بعمليات ERP.
- تحليل البيانات التشغيلية لتوفير رؤى تدعم القرارات التجارية وتحسين العمليات.
- ضمان توافق متطلبات التقارير مع توقعات الأعمال والإدارة.
- التعاون مع الوحدات والفِرق التقنية والموردين الخارجيين لدعم مبادرات ERP.
- المشاركة في مناقشات الموردين وتقييم الحلول وأنشطة مراقبة تقديم الخدمات.
- دعم التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة وأنشطة إدارة التغيير.
- ضمان تنفيذ قواعد الأعمال وعناصر الرقابة ومتطلبات الحوكمة داخل أنظمة ERP.
- دعم الامتثال للسياسات المؤسسية والمعايير والإجراءات التشغيلية.
- المساهمة في الحفاظ على سلامة النظام وقابلية المراجعة وعناصر الرقابة التشغيلية.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والتعليمات التشغيلية القياسية ذات الصلة لضمان العمل بطريقة محكومة ومتسقة.
- الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات وعناصر الرقابة المتعلقة بالسلامة والجودة والبيئة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
- الامتثال لجميع ممارسات ومعايير أمن المعلومات لضمان سلامة البيانات وسريتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة الصناعية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية في منصات ERP أو تحليل الأعمال أو إدارة المشاريع تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في أنظمة ERP، تحليل الأعمال، مبادرات التحول الرقمي، أو إدارة تطبيقات المؤسسات مع التعرض لتحسين العمليات وتنفيذ نظم الأعمال.

- ERP Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP systems and associated business processes.
- Prepare business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system capabilities.
- ERP Solution Development & Enhancement
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of ERP modules and business applications.
- Analyze enhancement requests and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for ERP enhancements.
- Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through ERP capabilities and automation.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by enabling process optimization and system integration.
- Contribute to business process standardization initiatives across corporate functions.
- Internal Systems Integration & Support
- Support integration activities between ERP and internal corporate systems.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure effective system interoperability and data consistency.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues affecting business operations.
- Reporting & Analytics Support
- Support the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and business analytics related to ERP operations.
- Analyze operational data to provide insights that support business decisions and process improvements.
- Ensure reporting requirements are aligned with business and management expectations.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external vendors to support ERP initiatives.
- Participate in vendor discussions, solution evaluations, and service delivery monitoring activities.
- Support stakeholder communication and change management activities.
- Governance, Controls & Compliance
- Ensure business rules, controls, and governance requirements are properly implemented within ERP systems.
- Support compliance with organizational policies, standards, and operational procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining system integrity, auditability, and operational controls.

- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in ERP platforms, business analysis, or project management are considered an advantage.
- 4-6 years of experience in ERP systems, business analysis, digital transformation initiatives, or enterprise application management, with exposure to process improvement and business systems implementation.
