المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية تروّج لخدمات الديكور الداخلي للشركة، بما في ذلك المبادرات الرقمية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والحملات التقليدية.
- تطوير المحتوى والمواد التسويقية (كتابة، تصاميم، عروض تقديمية) بما يتوافق مع هوية العلامة التجارية.
- إدارة حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ونشر المحتوى بانتظام.
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والمشاريع لعرض المشاريع المنجزة بشكل احترافي.
- تتبع أداء الحملات التسويقية وتحليل النتائج باستخدام أدوات التحليل الأساسية.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل المنافسين لدعم استراتيجية العلامة التجارية.
- المساهمة في تنظيم الفعاليات والعروض الترويجية التي تستهدف العملاء المحتملين.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والعمليات لضمان اتساق الرسائل التسويقية وتوليد عملاء محتملين بفعالية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في استراتيجية التسويق وتخطيط الحملات وتحديد موقع العلامة التجارية.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات التسويق الرقمي وإدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأساسيات التحليل وإعداد التقارير.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، الاتصالات، أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال التصميم الداخلي، الديكور، الهندسة المعمارية، أو الصناعات ذات الصلة (ميزة إضافية).
