The Barista role is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences and establishment standards. Responsibilities include operating coffee machines, preparing espresso-based drinks, taking customer orders, handling basic customer inquiries, and providing friendly and efficient service. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness at the coffee station, cleaning and maintaining equipment, monitoring ingredient supplies, and following food safety and hygiene standards. The Barista is expected to coordinate with team members, support busy service periods, and uphold the quality, presentation, and hospitality standards of the client establishment.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and other hot and cold drinks.
• Familiarity with coffee machines, grinders, and basic barista equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to take orders accurately and serve beverages promptly and professionally.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Khobar, including shifts, weekends, and busy service hours.
• Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and participate in training provided by the employer or agency.
