تسعى شركة Naseej، الرائدة في مجال التحول الرقمي وإدارة المعرفة والتعلم الإلكتروني في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، إلى توظيف مطور Full Stack Developer من المستوى المتوسط للعمل في مكتبها بالرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مطور برمجيات متوسط الخبرة لديه خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في Java و Spring Boot وقواعد البيانات، مع إلمام اختياري بـ Camunda وأطر JavaScript. سيقوم بتصميم وتطوير وصيانة أنظمة خلفية قابلة للتطوير بالتعاون مع فرق متعددة لتقديم حلول برمجية عالية الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير وصيانة تطبيقات Java باستخدام Spring Boot و Spring Security.
  • العمل مع قواعد البيانات العلائقية (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) وتحسين الاستعلامات.
  • (مفضل) خبرة مع Camunda BPM لأتمتة سير العمل.
  • تطوير ودمج RESTful APIs والخدمات المصغرة.
  • الإلمام بأطر JavaScript (React) للتكامل مع الواجهة الأمامية.
  • تنفيذ أفضل ممارسات جودة الكود والاختبار (JUnit, Mockito) وخطوط CI/CD.
  • استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتصحيح الأداء وتحسينه.
  • التعاون مع فرق DevOps للنشر والمراقبة.
  • المشاركة في عمليات Agile/Scrum (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • 3 سنوات خبرة مهنية في Java و Spring Boot.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
  • معرفة قوية بقواعد البيانات SQL و NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • خبرة مع Hibernate/JPA لـ ORM.
  • الإلمام بـ REST APIs وهندسة الخدمات المصغرة ومنصات السحابة (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • (مفضل) خبرة مع Camunda لأتمتة سير العمل.
  • خبرة عملية مع Keycloak لإدارة الهوية والوصول.
  • إتقان أطر JavaScript (React, Angular, أو Vue.js).
  • معرفة بـ Docker و Kubernetes وأدوات CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وتصحيح الأخطاء.
  • معرفة متينة بعمليات الأمن والاستجابة للحوادث وإدارة الثغرات.
  • فهم جيد لإدارة خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات (ITIL) وبيئات تكنولوجيا المعلومات المؤسسية.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mid level Software Developer with 3 years of hands on experience in Java, Spring Boot, databases, and optionally Camunda and JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot & Spring Security.
  • Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and optimize queries.
  • (Preferred) Experience with Camunda BPM for workflow automation.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React) for front-end integration.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing (JUnit, Mockito), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Qualifications

  • 3 years of professional experience in Java & Spring Boot.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with Hibernate/JPA for ORM.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • (Preferred) Experience with Camunda for workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Keycloak for identity and access management.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Solid knowledge of security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) and enterprise IT environments.
