Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Jeddah. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibition and event fitout projects from concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, coordinating with design, production, logistics, and installation teams, managing resources and materials, and monitoring progress against milestones. The role involves frequent communication with clients to clarify requirements, provide updates, manage changes, and maintain high satisfaction levels. The Project Manager will also be responsible for risk management, quality control, documentation, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, manage suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, storage, and on-site handling of materials and equipment.
• Relevant experience in events, exhibitions, construction, or fitout environments, preferably within the GCC region.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities, with capacity to collaborate across multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; knowledge of CAD or design software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, Interiors, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
