شركة BNI CASA CROISSANCE تبحث عن مدير إبداعي تنفيذي (Executive Creative Director) للعمل عن بُعد بدوام كامل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة الرؤية الإبداعية الشاملة وتنفيذها عبر جميع نقاط الاتصال بالعلامة التجارية.
  • الإشراف على تطوير المفاهيم والاستراتيجية الإبداعية وجودة التصميم للحملات والتجارب الرقمية والاتصالات الخاصة بالعلامة التجارية.
  • توجيه الفرق الإبداعية متعددة التخصصات ومراجعة وتحسين المخرجات الإبداعية لضمان التوافق مع أهداف العلامة التجارية والأعمال.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التسويق والمنتج والقيادة لترجمة الأهداف التجارية إلى حلول إبداعية مؤثرة مع الحفاظ على معايير العلامة التجارية.
  • توجيه الكوادر الإبداعية وإدارة الجداول والأولويات وتقديم العمل الإبداعي لأصحاب المصلحة والعملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • مهارات قوية في التوجيه الإبداعي والاستراتيجية الإبداعية لتحديد وتوجيه الرؤية الإبداعية الشاملة وتحديد المواقع طويلة المدى للعلامة التجارية.
  • خبرة في بناء العلامات التجارية وتطويرها والحفاظ على هويات متسقة عبر القنوات والجماهير.
  • مهارات في التوجيه الفني والتصميم الجرافيكي للإشراف على المفاهيم البصرية والتخطيطات وأنظمة التصميم التي تدعم الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
  • قدرات قيادية وإدارة فريق ممتازة، بما في ذلك خبرة في توجيه المحترفين الإبداعيين وتعزيز بيئات عمل تعاونية وشاملة.
  • مهارات تواصل وعرض قوية لشرح المفاهيم الإبداعية وتبرير قرارات التصميم وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تطوير حملات متكاملة عبر الوسائط الرقمية والاجتماعية والتقليدية، مع محفظة تظهر أعمالاً إبداعية عالية التأثير.
  • مهارات إدارة مشاريع وتنظيمية صلبة، مع القدرة على تحديد أولويات المبادرات المتعددة والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية في بيئة عمل عن بُعد.
  • يفضل خبرة كبيرة في الأدوار الإبداعية العليا أو التنفيذية، وشهادة بكالوريوس في التصميم أو الإعلان أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة مهنية معادلة.

Role Description The Executive Creative Director at BNI CASA CROISSANCE is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall creative vision and execution across all brand touchpoints. This position oversees concept development, creative strategy, and design quality for campaigns, digital experiences, and brand communications. Day-to-day tasks include directing multidisciplinary creative teams, reviewing and refining creative deliverables, and ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. The Executive Creative Director collaborates closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate business goals into impactful creative solutions, while maintaining consistent brand standards. The role also involves mentoring creative staff, managing timelines and priorities, and presenting creative work to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to define and guide the overarching creative vision and long-term brand positioning.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Branding to build, refine, and maintain cohesive brand identities across channels and audiences.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Art Direction and Graphic Design to oversee visual concepts, layouts, and design systems that support strategic objectives.
  • Candidates should possess excellent leadership and team management abilities, including experience mentoring creative professionals and fostering collaborative, inclusive work environments.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts, justify design decisions, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Candidates should possess proven experience in developing integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media, with a portfolio demonstrating high-impact creative work.
  • Candidates should possess solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Candidates should ideally have significant experience in senior or executive creative roles and a bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
