Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow Trifid Media’s and clients’ social media presence across key platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content. This full-time, on-site role in Al Ahsa involves developing and executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The specialist will collaborate with creators, influencers, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency, align messaging with marketing goals, and support launches or promotions. Day-to-day responsibilities include community management, responding to audience interactions, staying current with platform trends and best practices, and preparing regular performance reports. The role may also involve coordinating with external partners and contributing ideas to broader digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Candidates should possess proven abilities in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools and reporting for social media performance.
• Candidates should possess the ability to plan and execute campaigns, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should possess experience working with influencers or content creators; experience in media or entertainment is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook) and basic design or content editing tools.
