تعلن أكوا باور عن توفر وظيفة مدير عام المصنع لمشروع البحر الأحمر في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك للإشراف على عمليات التشغيل والصيانة لمحطات توليد الطاقة وتحلية المياه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المصنع بما يتوافق مع أهداف المنظمة ومعايير التميز التشغيلي.
- القيادة العامة لعمليات التشغيل والصيانة والوظائف الداعمة.
- تحسين أداء المصنع والموثوقية التشغيلية وتحسين الموارد والتحسين المستمر.
- تقديم تقارير عن الأداء التشغيلي والمخاطر والمبادرات الاستراتيجية للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة التشغيل والصيانة لضمان أقصى توفر وموثوقية وكفاءة تشغيلية.
- الإشراف على تخطيط الإنتاج والصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والأنشطة الرئيسية للمصنع.
- توفير التوجيه الفني في حل التحديات التشغيلية المعقدة وإجراء تحقيقات الأسباب الجذرية.
- ضمان الامتثال بالالتزامات التعاقدية وأهداف الأداء والإنتاج.
- تطوير وإدارة الميزانيات التشغيلية السنوية للمصنع، ضمان تحسين التكلفة والانضباط المالي.
- مراقبة الأداء المالي والربحية وتكاليف التشغيل وأهداف الإنتاجية.
- ضمان إدارة العقود الفعالة والامتثال للاتفاقيات مع شركة المشروع والمقاولين ومقدمي الخدمات.
- تحديد فرص تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية والأداء المالي.
- تعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية وضمان الامتثال للوائح وسياسات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- الإشراف على إدارة المخاطر والسلامة التشغيلية والامتثال البيئي عبر أنشطة المصنع.
- ضمان تنفيذ أنظمة الإدارة المتكاملة والجاهزية للتدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع شركة المشروع والمساهمين وممثلي مجلس الإدارة والمصنعين الأصليين والمقاولين والسلطات المحلية.
- ضمان تقديم تقارير تعاقدية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب وحل فعال للمسائل الحاسمة لأصحاب المصلحة.
- الإشراف على أداء المقاولين ومتطلبات المشتريات وأنشطة سلسلة التوريد لدعم عمليات المصنع دون انقطاع.
- قيادة وتطوير فرق متعددة التخصصات عبر التشغيل والصيانة والوظائف الداعمة.
- وضع أهداف الأداء وخطط القوى العاملة ومبادرات تطوير المواهب.
- تعزيز ثقافة الأداء العالي من خلال التدريب والتوجيه والمساءلة وإشراك الموظفين.
- ضمان الاستخدام الفعال لـ SAP في الصيانة والتخطيط والمشتريات والعمليات التشغيلية.
- قيادة مبادرات لتحسين كفاءة المصنع وموثوقية الأصول والأداء التشغيلي.
- تعزيز اعتماد أفضل الممارسات الصناعية والتحسينات التكنولوجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة كحد أدنى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة في تشغيل محطات توليد الطاقة وتحلية المياه، مع مسؤوليات إدارة المصنع.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في إدارة المنشآت الصناعية الكبيرة وفرق التشغيل والصيانة متعددة التخصصات.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة أداء المصنع والميزانية والامتثال التعاقدي وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة بيئات تشغيلية معقدة مع الحفاظ على معايير سلامة وموثوقية عالية.
- العمل في موقع مشروع البحر الأحمر، المملكة العربية السعودية.
- دور قيادي قائم في المصنع يتطلب تنسيقًا وثيقًا مع الفرق التشغيلية والإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
- مسؤولية الإشراف على عمليات المصنع المستمرة وضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية.

Educational Qualifications

- Strong experience in plant performance management, budgeting, contractual compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational environments while maintaining high safety and reliability standards.
